Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how you get a refund for a course bought on https://kitc.bubblelms.com. It does not limit any right you have under consumer protection law, including a right of withdrawal where it applies.

1. When you can ask for a refund

  • Within 6 days of your payment, for a course you paid in full.
  • Monthly payments and subscriptions, and free courses, are not refunded through this procedure.
  • One refund request per course in an order.

2. How to ask

Open My orders, choose the order and request the refund for the course, or write to [email protected]. We review every request and tell you the decision; if we refuse, we explain why.

3. If we cancel a course

If we cancel a course you paid for, you get back what you paid for that course. We start the refund ourselves.

4. How you receive the money

The refund goes back the way you paid:

  • Card: through our payment provider to the same card; depending on your bank it can take several working days to appear.
  • Bank transfer: to the bank account you paid from.
  • Cash: at our office.
  • Wallet: back to your wallet balance.

An invoice for the refund is issued with it.
